after cooling down and changing into comfy clothes and recording data and relaxing a bit, it was time for lunch... low fat yogurt (about six ounces), a soybean energy mix (about two ounces of edamame, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, almonds), and a low fat ham (three slices) and swiss (half a slice) sandwich on whole wheat bun... much yumminess... and balanced food groups, mostly (not enough greens, but there are none in the house other than some canned and frozen and i didn't feel like cooking anything, so i made do)... reasonable calories... and water to drink... i know, a relatively dull life... i don't know how anyone would be able to write a daily blog about such a life... no less a half dozen entries a day... or more... yeah, don't know how that would be interesting to anyone... unless they really like random babble and nonchalant sarcasm...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
