yeah, i know i've been away a bit and have some catching up to do so there will be entries inserted before this one (the usual dozens, you know the way) some time tomorrow or the next day and until then, here's this moment's entry...
so anyway, i just got a text that there will be a pick up softball game in the morning... nice that they give a little notice, 13 hours... luckily i don't have anything planned for tomorrow so i can get some softball in (if it doesn't rain) cuz i am jonesing for softball and physical exercise... unfortunately, in spite of knowing lots of people, i do not know enough people who are into sharing daily physical exercise... it's the nature of this culture... and the arm injury limits the kind of exercise i can do even though it is getting better... i know, it is amazing how long it takes for injuries to fully heal as the body ages... it would help to have someone who would rehab with me, like have a catch (since that's what i need to do to rehab the arm)... but whining and dreaming isn't gonna get me what i need, so i've got to get out and do it even without a partner... i can throw a ball against a wall every day... i just need to find a wall... yeah, just do it and stop wining about it or waiting for someone to do it with...
anyway, softball in the morning so i ought to get some sleep...
