taco splurge, or something

the old song, for what it's worth, plays in my head tonight... there's something happening here... what it is ain't exactly clear... no guns, but definitely something in the air... something not right?... not sure... something changing?... that's what it feels like... time will tell as it almost always does... anyway, jackson headed to bed kinda quietly, a bit suddenly, and i may have been lost in tv when she said good night but it felt odd... one of those hope nothing's wrong moments if you know what i mean... we had taco bell and watched tv tonight... the belly shows... also, i had a mountain dew... first time in a while... jackson treated... we had fun... relaxed... unwound... it was good to have my roommate here and to see her relaxing for a change... she puts so much pressure on herself most of the time...

internally, the brain is churning around bipolar thoughts... jackson decided on taco bell on the way home and i hope that does not upset her budget for the week... i'll leave a ten on the counter just in case... we watched tv when we got home, and i hope that doesn't set her back on paperwork, but she had the remote and chose what we watched (ncis and rizzoli & isles on dvr)... i know she has a lot of work to do each week and i want to be a good influence and encourage her to be responsible about money and work and everything and i don't want to enable any less responsible habits any more than i do, but i also want to be a friend and help her relax and have fun, so i go with her flow while asking her if she is sure that's what she wants to do...

we both want to (and need to, for health and happiness) drop some weight and exercise more (for more stamina) and encouraging each other to eat lighter, more salads, and cut out high calorie empty calories is important... but indulgence, relaxation, and fun is important to... hopefully we will help each other find a healthy balance... i mean, hopefully we are helping each other find a healthy balance, aye?...

could just be making drama out of nothing too :)
