random tv

watching bbc america i see a commercial for being human and i am reminded that the syfy channel show is yet another re-working (or rip off) of the earlier hit british tv series (and is apparently now entering it's final season)... several shows on my top tv lists are either british, canadian, or former british or canadian shows... there is a different style and formula used that i usually prefer when compared to usa shows... they often seem more intelligent to me... but then, i still focus on science fiction and it may simply be that the brits and canadians do more of that genre... check the tv blog linked above if you are curious about my tv interests...

currently there is a nature show on... a snow leopard is about to try to kill a mountain goat... the goat cut away with a few bite marks this time... ouch... i switch to a nova show about the machu picchu... in this case, the predators succeeded in their kill... something about a search for the virgins of the sun... what man murders and rapes and makes some titillating romantic story out of it...

stupid fucking humans... oh, excuse me, or don't... i don't always couch my feelings for the murderous nature of humanity in sweet tones or silly sarcasms...

no wonder i prefer cartoons...
