sleeping somewhat

not the deep sleep i was hoping for, mostly because of the arm... rolling over is painful enough to wake me... and sleeping on my left side or back through the night was not working for me tonight... though i did sleep deeply for at least one rem cycle i think... too much food did not help... and caffeine-sugar withdrawal is back... and maybe most of all, allergies... sinuses are definitely not happy with the chilled nights that kicked the pollen through the roof and there is very different, more northern plant life around here that is kicking my head big time... i have not experienced an allergy outbreak like this since i lived in nyc... i should be taking more hot showers, but i am wondering if middle-of-the-night hot showers will wake jackson... must ask tomorrow... i don't even notice when she takes a shower though, so could be there's not enough sound from the pipes to disturb her sleep either...

i shall head back into my head and sleep now as well as i am able... i did not leave bed or semi-consciousness to write this, for the record, this is another sleep-written entry that will be uploaded later marked for this time, if you are paying attention or care about such time-space continuum matters...
