kidneys kicking

yes, there's a bit of a kidney situation going on... all the signs of stones and infection have been around for at least 24 hours and it's not surprising as the lack of sleep, excess caffeine and sugar, hot to cold temperature changes, and physical stresses of the past week are what often leads to the stones and stones lead to infection... the usual reddish granules passed over the past 24 hours, the signs of stones and just now two small blood clots, a sign of infection... some cranberry capsules will have to do... typically these kidney infections pass in a few to 14 days... hopefully few...

of course going out for ice cream might not have been the wisest move, but then, the queasiness feels better so who knows... used to be the stones were calcium carbonate and dairy products and meats would increase calcium and Ph level and not be good... but the red granular stones are uric acid oxylates which show a swing to low Ph which has different triggers and dietary restrictions and i simply consciously ignore everything medical most of the time and trust instinct and so far, that's not lead to any crisis... my guess is this body has kidneys that were supposed to be dead by now but i am nudging them along... or whatever... so i don't feels so good... still surviving...

the ice cream was so good :)
