a day passes

you matter... remember that... you matter...

meanwhile, i fell asleep shortly after the entry above after a breakfast of pretzels and chocolate milk with fudge sticks for dessert... and jackson was home much of the day and i still passed out and slept in the recliner in the living room, occasionally waking and saying hello but then falling right back to sleep... weird, but good for the body and mind, sleep when sleep calls - so rarely can we live like this as humans in the modern world... so the day passes mostly asleep even though i mostly slept through the night from 8pm to 4am... it's a great sleep duration, but overall light sleep in depth... yet some depths must have been found as jackson didn't wake me and she was around most of the day cooking and unpacking and working... so better sleep than i might think, but not the completely refreshing sleep i used to remember... happiness seems relaxed and sleepy too... the patio door has been open so it's like sleeping outdoors cuz i am three feet from the door... feel great... except the cooler temps has the pollen count high enough (and the right pollen, apparently) to have me all clogged up and sniffling, so the head is not too comfortable and that's part of why sleep is staggered... but it's the arm that interrupted sleep more than anything... it's still getting better, but still hurts with certain movements, like rolling over... and that's today in a babbling paragraph...
