sleep leads to all sorts of wonderful pieces of the puzzle falling into place... the arm feels better than it has since the injury... still not great, but better just on a good night of sleep... the muscles will not regenerate without good deep sleep so sleep more, dummy... and waking awake there are so many things to do that seem so much easier cuz sleep was granted to the mind and body... the living room is tidied up for guests (if we have any) and the wash is in and the best thing of all, the dryer is working... i adjusted the feet and balanced it and put in a load of towels and it works... learned: do not run the dryer empty... and insure all connections are secure and the machine is balanced before using... yes, like is much better today...
hope yours is too... give yourself a good long sleep :)
and hot steamy shower too :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
