yes, i believe this will be a sleep-filled night... a night of sleep and nothing else... and it will start just as soon as i get to sleep... a wonderful steamy shower (almost sizzling) and the body is almost burnt out (pun intended) and and i laid it down on the bed but noises are messing with my head so i got up and checked all the locks and realized this is the first night alone in the new apartment but even more this is the first night of budding waking sensory awareness (the steamy showers do that) and there are noises to get used to... little subtle sounds, the unidentified kind that let the mind thing stuff like oh, did i lock the door? and oh, i wonder what the crime rate is around here? and is somebody in the house? and such...
i should fall out of consciousness any minute now :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
