the tv bummed me out tonight... i have carefully avoided presidential debates and news and politics for many years and my curiosity about just how far the republicans might go to get back in the white house and just how arrogant the corporate raider billionaire would get lead me to turn off the baseball and switch over to the debate... and i was not surprised to be saddened by the blatant double speak and flagrant lies sold with the smile of a shark closing in on a school of sardines... the skills that lead to many corporate takeovers and dismantling of businesses were very clear and carved up the attempt at intelligent rational thought and logic the president was trying to convey... it reminded me of reagan carter, the last presidential debate i remember partially watching... and while neither party really offers a fair shake for the average person, the fact is that the country deserves what it gets...
call it a public service message or something...
