nap a bit

spaghetti with a cheesy buttery tomato sauce of my own creation was the brilliant choice for dinner tonight cuz i spent no money and i really need to do this more often cuz the easy going out to eat is not good for the budget as often as i've been doing it, like five times a week or more lately... being over-stuffed lead to a nice recliner nap, but being overstuffed is the opposite of brilliant as far as choices go because i am at the max weight for this body and it's reached that uncomfortable level the past day or two because of some insect bites on my neck (how did i get these many bites without noticing?... must have been while i was sleeping dangit... i mean like eight or nine bites on my neck... was there something on the apron thing the hair stylist wrapped around my next yesterday morning - the line of bites is exactly where the apron thin was wrapped... and just when i am trying not to spend money, i need to spend some drug store money and get calamine lotion and lidocaine cream and insect repellent and there are other things i need too... gotta take care of the body to live comfortably)...

the nap was good though :)
