yeah, so i am showerless and shaveless and hair all moppy and in walks my old friends from AHCA to do a complaint inspection and while they are at it, a follow-up visit for a plan of correction that ooops, they forgot to tell me was still pending... ain't that the sweetness... so it's a busy run around day learning more about the place and connecting with other departments (nothing like demanding stuff and getting it almost instantly) and keeping the customer satisfied...
so far, so good...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
