and finally the buzz rests

sort of, that is... i am buzzing from pizza and code red, but resting after a very long weekend of fun including softball and more softball (2 games, 2 practice scrimmage games, one practice, one 120-pitch trip to the batting cages) and food and more food (two fun and yummy trips to a very good all-you-can-eat buffets, two other yummy meals out, two meals brought home) and cool people and friends and exercise (finally, exercise) and heat and sunshine and rain (even running jokes and promotions and (should we drum roll now?) sudden unexpected celebrity ya know lol, lam, laa) and ultimately, this is the way weekends should be (all the recent entries hopefully tell some of the story)... adding in the pending new job that will help pay for all this fun and food and interactions with others and allow me to enjoy more stuff to share and the world is an even more wonderful place that it was last week...

i wish you could share the positive energy, the fun, the rewarding activities and wonderful friends and life i share here in words more than vicariously, but even if it's just through words, i hope you can feel some of the excitement and pleasure and someday we smile at each other and share it in person...
