getting better

though the lonelies are lingering, alliteration as well, aye?... the good news is i played two games and no injuries or issues... stress and mild pain from exercising the muscles, but almost not injuury related pain... just a touch of planar fascia tightness now that i am resting... beware of fascitis, right... but things are going well...

we won the first game 11-1 (the run came on an error by the shortstop throwing the ball past second into right field and the right fielder had no clue about backing up the play, but that's the only run... pitched well)... i went 2 for 3 with a double and 1 rbi batting 11th, leade off two innings... and the second we won by forfeit... we played a scrimmage and lost, but i was giving the other team easy balls to hit because, after all, it was practice... i went 3 for 4 with a few rbis... hit into a double play, but it scored a run... overall, felt really good..

and then i drove home deciding between going to play cards with friends and going home to get sleep cuz i am waking about 6am to shower and head out for a 5k (big test for the foot/ankle) and then have a couple of hours of softball practice right after... not being sure if happiness got a walk and food, i headed home... better for the body too... and the wallet cuz i'm hungry... now, we eat...
