the good news is maintenence showed up in less than half an hour, so the apartment should not turn into an oven today... the ice formed on the air conditioner intake cuz the air conditioner is low on freon... so i have to keep the fan on until the air conditioner intake defrosts and then the maintenance guy can put new freon in the air conditioner and it should work fine... but it's gonna be hot as heck in here until then as the temperature is already climbing fast... should be an hour or so, he said... will wonders never cease :}

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
