that is the goal for the day... unfortunately, there are many incident reports to complete and the staff on the unit are overwhelmed at the moment, probably because there are new nurses, which means inexperienced leadership and the kids will pounce on that to test everyone... in a medical model with a very weak nursing leadershp, the system breaks down easily and my job is to continuously review, investigate, and recommend repairs... trouble is, the repairs are slow because the leadership is weak, so accountability is weak, so the staff stay overwhelmed...
it is a cycle i have watched the place go through for many years and we are at a weakest-link point again and the challenge is to rebuild it better than before with the same parts thathave failed repeatedly over the years... fun aye? :}

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
