definitely way too excited to have much will power, but i am going to eat some shrimp and rice (rice is a carb-treat cuz i don't eat nearly as much carbs as i used to)... nice to be home at a semi-normal hour too... definitely a good day in this life and though it's taken a bit longer than i wanted, i am finally starting to get a handle on the workload at work... who knows, maybe a vacation will happen this year... shocking, i know :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
