since i am resting the body and stimulating the mind (comfy-ish in the bog green chair browsing music and putting together playlists over at myspace), i ate light-ish tonight and except for a bit of caffeine, relatively healthy...
maybe tomorrow i'll get to the gym...
laughing at that, for so many reasons, but the does anybody even look up, no less take that seriously anyone reason is high on the list... of course the question is posed to the characters in my head as there's nobody around much to look up and take notice... one person sometimes rises to the level of caring in thereal world offline and there are you dear wonderful far-away people who touch me with your words now and then, but the answers from within the mind are the ones that will fascilitate any real change in activity habits... outside words and caring does help cuz it's a physics thing, if you know what i mean... so mucho thank-u and keep up the good work...
my sarcasm is aimed at me, but apologies if you feel in the line of fire from time to time... i love us, you know, so it's all good :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
