ok, the middle of the night quiet easy canned pasta snack is the meal of choice... with an onion bun and butter... cooking meats or anything not in the microwave would likely wake happiness even more and last night happiness woke jackson a lot so i tried to be a quiets as i could... she usually sleeps through the night fine... ironically, last night i slept in my bedroom all night so maybe it was the quiet that woke her and kept her awake... of course for the body it would have been much better if i jog/walked today (which i didn't) and i just went to bed without a high carb, salt, and fat meal (which i didn't), but i didn't so there's no going back now... no, bulimia is not for me...
so now that i am awake and had a bit of mountain dew to boot, i am feeling sufficiently foolish enough to sheepishly type non-clever words and consider some chocolate... yes, this is the way of the food addict... i give into the addiction every now and then, more often in recent years, but not every day so i am still not quite legally obese (and still mocking myself and this body i see)... jog tomorrow, dangit!...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
