once again i found my way into bed as i somehow let myself slide into la la land and while i do not recall the exact time, i believe it was somewhere before midnight as the wired-ness slipped away for a moment and i did not let that moment slip away (before it was gone) as i often to with a snack or another idea or whatever and instead i simply turned off the tv and headed to bed and fell asleep easily...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
