home early, sorta

i mean, not early enough to feel like going to the gym even though i do not feel like i got enough exercise today but i know the body requires rest so maybe the light workout is for the best... i showed up and the first game hadn't started yet and one of the teams asked me to play for them... i only went 1 for 3 and made two errors at home (i've not played catcher in so long, the ball just didn't look right coming at me) and the team lost, boo, i could have helped them win... i accepted playing catcher cuz i wanted to save energy for my team's game... oh well... then my team sat me on the bench the whole game... if i knew that was gonna happen i'd have played second when the first team asked me to...

anyway, my team won 18-6... and i ate a couple of yogurts for lunch and some grapefruit juice for dinner and that's it... i did re-hydrate today (and passed a couple of more kidney stones... ummm, come to think of it, i don't think i mentioned that i passed a few kidney stones on sunday... that was part of the reason i was so overheated sunday... so maybe the team helped me out today, but still, must keep the the focus on dropping the weight... even with the hydration i stayed at 198, for what that's worth)...

nobody cares, woe is me, sob sob... pity? :}
