oh, and lays bbq potato chips... yes, that was dinner tonight and stuffed i am, very... unwise for the body, especially when the mind has some loosely hanging goal to drop another twenty five pounds in the next month or two (that month or two started five months ago, by the way, and zero pounds have actually been lost after that first twenty five pounds dropped off in two months... yes, the will power is strong in this one when determination dominates self-indulgence... it is so much easier when there is some good wild sex, really it is)... if i went back in time and indulged my love of games and gadgets and numbers and figuring things out i'd be a multi-billionaire like a lot of other geeks did back then... then i could be eating gourmet pizza and yo-yos after working out in my home gym for a couple of hours cuz i'd have the gym and the time... instead i take the quick fix of endorphins indulging the taste buds with chemicals that shoot all sorts of hormonal stimulants and other stuff through the brain... yup, i'm a brain biochmical engineer and tonight i am running on pizza and yo-yos... and chips...
hey, i've not let the body rise back above 200 pounds so there is some sort of will power hanging around and that must mean there is some sort of method to my madness, but lately there may be more madness than method, if you only knew... running the marathon tonight to burn off the pizza and yo-yos (and chips), wanna come?...
