stuff continues to happen

last night, when this was written, there were not a dozen entries before this one and the last internet suckage lament, but between search for music on you tube, i've been uploading the bits and pieces of rambling left in the files when not distracted by listening to music on you tube...

so stuff continues to happen even when i am not updating or am sessioning (if that is the term that describes sitting and babbling on about whatever might pass through the brain cells posing as thoughts as i do from time to time which used to be what previous blogs were all about but now seems to be miniaturized into e-the-real sized entries instead of long and winding seemingly endless babbling kind of entries which were the habit of the real(tm) and behind the candoor and other previous blogs {with all those broken links cuz so many, if not most of the bloggers and other website that were around back them are gone today, sadly, just gone} that diverted from the rhyming blogs that came before and rode along side of those if you kinda remember dear readers and all), stuff happens and continues to happen even as this sort of babbling on stuff is happening, ya know?...

meanwhile, in the offline world, work fills most of the awake hours of the day cuz i've got no one else i'd rather play with these days and i want to do everything i can do to fit myself in and improve life in the place and when running a 24/7 operation it is vital to be seen on all shifts and not just to be seen but to interact and get to know people on all shifts so they can feel a connection and rapport with management and there is not an island completely alien and out of touch with the direct care that is the essence of any 24/7 health care operation... communication and interaction is the key to identifying what is wrong or what can be improved in any place and and i am sensing that most of the people are welcoming the communication and the only ones resisting or not buying in are the ones who are trying to avoid working period and they'd be disgruntled wherever they worked no matter what anyone did... it is just so taxing on the body and mind to push active communication (including learning names and getting to know individual facts about more than a hundred different people) while simultaneously learning the interpersonal flow (issues, conflicts, comforts, and distractions) and still simultaneously learning the corporate structure (which includes the interpersonal too in a very job performance way) and systems that are the business end of the operation and then there are the outside vendors and projects to manager like the air conditioning guy who did routine maintenance the past two days and forgot to turn the air handler units back on when he left so i'm there in the dark figuring out which key opens which door and where the air handler units are and how to turn them on and how to convince the company that it is not an emergency call cuz it was a routine service call left incomplete and so on, so on being several over vendor processes and corporate visitors and stuff going on too yesterday)...

and then i went to play softball playoffs...
