hits and curves

the presentation went well, in fact, she was actually quite excited about the changes i proposed and she definitely wants the new classification system, yay... and got lots of questions answered, so a productive meeting all in all... and then, a curve ball as leadership wants an analysis of something called remotes and i not only have only a vague idea of what a remote is, i don't have access to the remotes reports or data that i am being asked to analyze (corporate america, aye?)... and if i do get access to do this report, there goes the catch-up plan for the week... but then, that's what life and especially worklife in my job is about, juggling data and information and reports and providing the money people with the information that want that theoretically will help them make the right decisions to increase revenue, reduce risk, and improve quality of care...

and i love the challenges of juggling stuff i've never seen before with a blindfold on :)
