what i meant here was

today, i mean, and by impressions i was not referring to the dent in the mattress in the morning after a wet dream night, but decorum, or decorations, at least, please children, behave... i was not even referring to the face and the facebook stuff that sidetracked an entry or few above and below or forward and backward, for that metter... no, the original reference (we could be guessing here, so watch out) was the fact (facts?... what are those?) that i showed up at my office and desk for the new job today and all the meet and greets of all the new people (they are not actually new people as if they just popped out of a pod or something, but perhaps you understand my meaning in spite of all the parenthetic sidetracking) presented the opportunity (or nightmare) of laying first impressions on people...

jackson says i should have gotten a haircut... i asked, and what will cutting one hair do for me?... meanwhile, the day progressed spendidly and the new work life begins... i'll tell you all about it in some privacy protecting code any day now when i find more time, maybe even place (like we need a new place like we need another hole in our heads, aye?)...
