not motivated to head out for a long walk or run, but motivated to get out to work early cuz the catching up continues and that lets me beat morning traffic and that lets me leave earlier to beat afternoon traffic... waking earlier is becoming a habit, even on nights of little sleep like yesterday... but this morning after lots of sleep, ah, the day feels so much brighter...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
