starting to nod off and would love to give into sleep, but must stay awake for happiness... dogs depend on people for survival, after all... food, water, pee and poop time, exercise, and social affection... a dog is practically a full time job, after all... anyway, leftover pizza and a cheeseburger for dinner... yeah, i know, i am not eating balanced or at the right times this week, but sometimes this happens when i swing too far over to selfless caring for others... i'll swing back soon enough and start eating some breakfast and making lunches and eating lighter dinners and introduce daily exercise into my mornings and afternoons and yup, win the lottery and save the world and explain the universe and... oh come on, life is a pendulum, a roller coaster, enjoy it (i do)...
baseball on tv tonight, something to keep me awake... and what are you doing? :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
