not very talkative

it happens when i feel like nobody cares, but i know jackson cares and we are best friends (she actually told me tonight, which is so much more emotion than she usually shares... she sent it in a text cuz she's so dang shy... me too, though you'd never know unless you were here in physical space i suppose)... going out to watch softball practice was not good for the morale and healing process emotionally... maybe the foot is just not ready to play with demanding strangers... ego or insecurity or whatever... or maybe it was simply wisdom not to push the injury without the right equipment (i just had loose shoes on trying to walk without any support for the first time cuz i was just gonna watch the game, so actually practicing on a uneven field would not have been wise, especially since i ran (wrapped with a full brace and mid-top cleats) for the first time yesterday and the muscles and ligaments were still recovering - seriously, like nobody cared?... nope, just said i was making excuses... so stop expecting anyone to care and being surprised at other people's insensitivity... and whine elsewhere, ok)...

jackson's friend left after they went to dinner (jackson brought me back panera bread soup and sandwich and my favorite cupcake from a place that won cupcake wars on the food network cuz she is my best friend, see?) and then we watched olympics while she caught up on work and i ate and then she went to bed and i turned off the tv and read some internet news and came here to catch up and here we are...
