home from practice after stopping for lunch (salad again) at the ale house with jackson and two friends... all in all i survived and did well, though my stamina is pitiful and heat tolerance is sad and i don't think it would have been too much better if i got enough sleep 9though it would have been better for sure)... returning to aerobic exercise in the middle of the florida summer after being very sedentary for more than three months is a tough challenge i face on top of the challenge of rebuilding the muscles and body age, but determined i am...
now, a nap...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
