a wonderful day of relaxing ahead... and i actually went to sleep just after midnight last night so i slept a lot, though i was awake on and off for whatever reasons and so i am not as refreshed as i ought to be, but then, the body does not refresh the way it once did and i have been pushing to hard the past ten years that the body could sleep for a month (but the brain wants to stay awake for a week to just scratch the surface of beginning to catch up on all the creative play and literary therapty and potential communications gone by...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
