at my desk at 7:30am and just getting home and this is one of the shorter long days, but hey, i love the work and have nobody to come home to, so...
i have a softball game to get to in a couple of hours, but for now i will sit and rest and eat something and sit and rest some more (wait, i sit all day at work most days, so why sit more?... well, the brain needs rest, but exercise is the best way to rest the brain {while exercising parts of the brain that sleep while sitting in a chair at a desk all day}, yeah, so wise, and yet, so stupid for not doing it... so i'll watch tv instead)...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
