the tinnitus bells, that is... took a shower and sat here with my eyes closed a bit but not actually sleeping... must get up and take some red yeast extract and vitamins as another night passes without sleep maybe a mini-nap in the chair for a couple of hours, but not sleep) and now i need to head out to jackson's hair stylist appointment and then meet her friend for lunch and so, a day of relaxation (yeah, let's pretend the stress is gone, right) and no sleep...
i don't want to sleep today though cuz i want to get back to a solid night's sleep tonight... yeah, that's the ticket...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
