trying to stay active in central florida, especially during the summer and fall, is hampered by afternoon and evening downpours... i mean, sunshine beautiful days suddenly disappear and become thunderstorms that slow drivers to a crawl and scare little children, which makes playing outdoor sports challenging as sirens go off closing facilities and parks... and once again, as it did the past few thursdays and too many other evenings, rain cancells softball and by the time we get home it's pouring so no basketball and so, boring gym again...
best for the body thought since i slept 1 hour last night and two hours this afternoon before the morning game (previous entry)... i may eat, get to the gym, then sit back and let the sleep swallow me whole...
