basketball by myself in the heat, then the gym for 30 minutes of hard upper body pushing and pulling on the elliptical, then two games of 21 with jackson in the heat and finally a game of around the world and here i am almost four hours later feeling great... the heat had me slightly woozy at times as i pushed hard (had to come back from 10 points down to win in the second game of 21... i almost always win since i have a height advantage, but jackson almost always wins around the world with a better outside shot)...
time to rest, shower, and head out to parties - make your weekend fun too :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
