and then there's food

master chef is one of jackson’s shows and it’s way too dangerous for me cuz it triggers hunger as much as food commercials so I grabbed some yogurt and then made chocolate milk and in I stay up late again tonight, will probably go for some other snack, healthy, but late… oh, sweet chocolate milk drink (I add stevia and cocoa and enough ice to fill a half gallon jug and then shake shake shake… hey, no ice cream and fat free milk, so it’s not that bad for the belly, cha)…

and basketball was fun, but not enough exercise, but jackson was tired so we stopped after four games and no gym… I’m gonna have to push myself alone more cuz this body consumes too many calories and has too much energy to go light on exercise… jackson came back from a 15-4 deficit in the second game but not just cuz I lightened up, cuz of fifteen straight points by hitting nine straight foul shots and three crazy good jump shots so I blinked and it was 19-18 I took a lazy shot and she hit an amazing off balance fall away hook shot to win (cuz yeah I am that good and that’s the only way to beat me, right)… much fun… just not enough exercise…

anyway, time for chocolate milk and tv and rest…
