so for the second night in a row after a week of almost hard core change of eating habits to healthier choices and times of day and balance and smaller portions and most of all, no sugars, fats, few carbs, and almost nothing processed, i pig out after midnight (almost after tonight), but at least it was a veggie binge... so a veggie bloat may pass easier and not pile as much weight on, or so says the hope, aye?...
watched warehouse 13 tonight, a show slowly growing on me because of the humor unlike other magical dark artifact shows of the past that i occasionally watched but was not much interested in watching the others even in reruns, but i seem to want to see the finale of warehouse 13, even if there is a might touch of the ambivalence about watching tv too much alone (what was that poem she sent me that I’ve never been able to find again about a man being alone too long?)…
right, so the night should have concluded hours ago when I started nodding off, but instead, I pigged out on the biggie dish, which is excellent hot or cold cuz I love it that much even if it never comes out exactly the same way twice and now have that groggy bloated energy that lays around and passes gas (though I haven’t much tonight, actually) and yawn a lot, instead of getting a good healthy night of sleep alas and all that alackness monster stuff...
could babble given half the chance… but no jellyfish here :)

musical distractions
If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
dumb poll (above), smart responders
all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
SEARCH ME
the thing is, with my tendency to babble and meander and whine and allow distraction to take the lead more often than not, even in this blog that sort of meant to merge brevity with focus like some bloggers do, searching for key words does not always lead to specific information about the subject of that key word... but... here is a start at an easy way to search for key words in this blog... use the search box at the top of the blog to search for words not listed here... if ya wanna, that is... and feel free to suggest words to add to this search shortcut section... click on the words below :)
