yeah, as much as part of me wants to very much run out and pick up code red and chocolate as the sweet tooth is gnawing at my will power and it is the start of my weekend, i am also nodding off kinda good and the football game is boring (we switched over to ncis mostly) and jackson is getting ready for bed and i might be right behind her... but it's the weekend... but sleep is sweet... but it's chocolate time (jackson brought home two rice crunchy expensive dark chocolates and they were super yummy and should have been enough, but my habits are so not enough ya know)... so another sleep night would be very good for the body and brain, but chocolate...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
