eating better these days, though not dropping weight... eating oatmeal for breakfast most mornings and have tuna for lunch today and didn't have to leave my desk except to heat up the water and get coffee which is less than ten feet from my desk... a sweet office set up i will miss dearly... meanwhile, got through three full charts and helped my assistant develop a spreadhseet she was working on... she is pretty good with excel but needs help with equations now and then and today she learned conditional formatting with equations for dates... dates are still not friendly in excel, maybe in the next version...
heading out for the weekend now...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
