finally getting back into the chart reviews i was planning on doing this week, but each day other stuff came up so the charts were rolled back into the storage room untouched... much of the job is unpredictable as visits from investigators or agencies or incidents that require internal investigation pop up whenever they pop up... the charts need to be reviewed monthly though so it's time to make time for them and that started today... hope to continue this afternoon and finish next week...
the work life continues...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
