spreadsheet, that is... it's still just an early draft template and can be modified as the people who need to review and understand the information it provides wish... oatmeal for lunch, light eating today... not very hungry, but remembering to eat regularly and get out of that starvation one huge meal a night diet... hopefully i will continue through the weekend, though the buffet is calling lol :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
