where i get lots of work done while snacking on pistachio nuts and occasionally helping my assistant learn her tasks (she's also not used to a quiet office working on her own, so we chat regularly so she does not feel too alone... it's going to take some adjusting for her once i am gone and hopefully the person they hired is friendly and will help her too)...
wore a large shirt today (instead of an extra large) and it is a bit snug around the shoulders and reminds me to use my stomach and back muscles to tuck in my tummy and stand and sit up straighter... this is a good thing and even kept me from eating more than i needed to eat for lunch... bought oatmeal today for breakfasts... it would seem i am stepping towards dropping some weight again... that would be nice...
time to head home now... hope you had a great day too :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
