when i stop wasting time venting about the every which way but sexual raping of consumers by corporate america, i can remember things that actually mattered to me once upon a time and while i do not devote nearly as much time to the celebration of memories and mourning of losses and pleasures of dreaming and desperation of desire and passion and power of hope and other poignant phrases (oo) as i once did once upon a time, or for years for a while, i do feel it all tonight... if just to say...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

It's hard not to look at this society and not see it as deathly ill. It is scary.. I even worry that seeing it as it is isn't very healthy. Better to be content with my silly possessions and dumb down TV shows. Lately i have been thinking that there is a great conspiracy to keep most Americans continually in debt. The older you get the more you need to spend until you work all your life to end up owing the hospital your life savings for keeping you alive for an extra three weeks..
whatever the reason, that is the pattern, no matter the cause, the effect remains the same...
and if we were only smart enough to celebrate those last three weeks instead of wasting them with a pity-party, we just might have learned something in this life after all...
so am i smart enough to find someone who's gonna do that with me?...
hopefully before those last three weeks start :}
