i'm supposed to be catching up

but of course craig ferguson and food and music distracted me, not necessarily in that order, in fact, in a different order... i made something that might be called oatmeal cheese cake... first i ate cottage cheese, fat free of course... then i toasted up a sandwich of fat free cream cheese and added some cherry preserves and grape jelly and ate that along with oatmeal made with fat free cream cheese, fat free milk, some splenda, and a touch of vanilla... fascinating mix of flavors that could only be described as delicious...

what did you have for dinner? :)
