practice was the usual, i pitched more than i needed to and my arm is a little tired and hopefully it won't effect the four games i will pitch tomorrow... got some hitting practice in which i did want, but with the inconsistent pitching i would have had gone to the batting cages just as well... i hope to get to the batting cages before the first two games tomorrow if we leave early enough...
after practice jackson and i went to our favorite mediterranean place and had a yummy lunch outdoors and now, some college football and relaxation until her friend comes over to take her out... they have big plans for tonight, or at least dinner :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
