by aloft, i meant upstairs... and by this title i mean i do not need to struggle on any level at this job... i create my own challenges between getting routine work done and still have time to relax at lunch, take a break when i want one, and enjoy the day... and i get plenty of work done, more than i am asked for... the place has four full time people doing the work i did as one person in my last job... no one burns out, more work gets done, yes, more salary is paid but in the end, the work is better and the place is better for the workers and for the customers...
let's not ask why i stayed at the other place so long (health care, short economic ecological commute, love of the challenges and the work, sure, logical), let's focus on the wonderful changes (and let's not ask why this change can't be permanent (i was hired to fill in for someone expected in december, simple), let's focus on the potential for an even better change soon...
yeah, that's the secret to life... accept it and focus on the positive :)
