internet connection issues

for a long time, a couple of years now, i have been paying more than a hundred dollars a month to brighthouse for the privilege of communicating with the world through the internet and for the privilege of watching tv.... mostly the service has been fine... in the last few weeks the service has been terrible... after unplugging and resetting numerous times, i finally had to schedule a service house call to get a new cable box last week and that appears to have fixed the cable service problem... and now, after unplugging and resetting the modem-router several times and running windows diagnostics on the computer numerous times, i have an internet tech appointment set up for tuesday... hopefully that will resolve the issue as i do not want to change services, but i want consistent stable service at these prices which are the highest of all the internet providers... the fastest by far as well, which is why i choose to pay...

just want the frustration of intermittent connections and not being able to browse or communicate when i want to to go away... ya know?... so how was your weekend? :}
