the fun of the blog

i think it'll be fun to fill it all in, like a color by numbers without the numbers or the lines, but then, maybe there are some lines, a few, unseen by the naked eye, but sprinkled, maybe dotted, between the existing daily entries, kind of like a connect the dot color by number combo puzzle game... yes, i think it'll be fun, even if it is not shared...

islands of adventure

a day out in the parks is a sure cure for whatever ails a body, especially when there are people who enjoy running around like little kids with you. while the energy level could have been way higher for the little kid in me, it was a wonderful day of mature-kid fun. silliness joined us for a while too, so yay and hope we do it again soon.

the day ended in a pouring rain just as we were driving out, so two of us hung out at Friday's for dinner and storm watching. alls well that ends well, but even better when it was fun all the way through.

g'nite fun :)

if someone cared

i mean, if someone (you know i am hoping the one but would happily welcome anyone) was actually sharing life and caring every day like true friends do (or did, when we were young and made the time and didn't have so many responsibility that were used to avoid our fear of commitment and caring, or something like that), there would probably be an entry in this blog every day, but coming here sometimes (what sometimes) reminds me of how alone i am in this world as in no really close friend or partner or the one so i subconscious forget to come here when i am feeling lonely.

cuz really now, who wants to read (or feel) the same old the one did not show up today every day?

not i, said the little green flea.

nite nite :)

IMAX

The Dark Knight was good, especially on the IMAX screen... i really ought to be sleeping, like the blogs say, so thanks and hope you had fun too... the calendar is up there if you want more and from there, you can find your way to my webworld... if you want the real, that is...

the child who fell to Earth

wondered what it would have felt like if the parachute did not open... when i ponder how i would like to die if i had to die if i had a choice, i frequently find the idea of falling to Earth from space as a way, kind of like in a cartoon... it would save anyone the bother of digging a hole... but mostly it's a selfish thing ccuz i love the feeling of falling... so naturally, i love skydiving...

looking for the up

when i am down, i am not always looking for the up, in fact, if i wanted to be profound i might say that when i am down, it is because i am not seeing the up or even more succinctly, i am down when i do not see the up, but then, the anatomy of a profound statement is not what i came here to explore at this moment... or did i?

rules are made to hide the fears

futile effort, if you ask me, but then, i do not know what most people see... and as i wander through this world so full of and based on fears, i wonder how many truly understand the futility and waste... freedom is more than just another word, but that takes some actual being, and who has time for that these days... more importantly, who really wants to?... you are welcome.

musical distractions

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

dumb poll (above), smart responders

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...

SEARCH ME

the thing is, with my tendency to babble and meander and whine and allow distraction to take the lead more often than not, even in this blog that sort of meant to merge brevity with focus like some bloggers do, searching for key words does not always lead to specific information about the subject of that key word... but... here is a start at an easy way to search for key words in this blog... use the search box at the top of the blog to search for words not listed here... if ya wanna, that is... and feel free to suggest words to add to this search shortcut section... click on the words below :)
