an hour of cleaning and the kitchen and living room is clean and straightened up (except for vacuuming, that'll wait for another day)... kitchens get scrubbed and sanitized and polished dry and living rooms get tidied and dusted and vacuumed, so everything but the vacuuming is fine with me... happiness had a night long walk earlier (and he's still begging for more) and we'll probably go out for a walk soon, but the surface temperatures on the roads might burn his paw pads today and unlike most dogs he seems to prefer to be on sidewalks and streets (he seems to have no knowledge of or fear of cars at all, which has been dangerous cuz he can easily pull off his leash anytime he wants to... sometimes he's done that and just stood in the middle of the street) rather than on grass so we'll be careful where we walk...
temps are 92 at the airport and 93/95 according to my phone apps (25 miles from the airport) and with the sun blazing i believe it... "realfeel" according to the app is 101 degrees... not as high as the southwest, but they probably don't have 40% humidity and a 66 dewpoint... either way, it's great in both locations for those who like it hot... like me...
