jackson headed over to sanford's place for the next two nights and hopefully she will be feeling a little better... we identified her job as the primary source of the stress that appears to be the primary cause for the chest pains (cardiology appointment tomorrow should rule out anything more serious)... excessive caffeine, sugar, and body weight are other contributing factors... and family history doesn't help... all i can do is hope and try to be a good influence... she's checking in with me to keep me from wondering how she is doing...
meanwhile, here at home, i am going to relax with sci-fi (syfy) tv tonight and finish some leftovers and stay positive and enjoy the night... hopefully you find your way to relaxing and enjoying your day and night too, no matter what happens... cuz that is the best we can do, ya know?...
