and his name will be easy to remember because it is the same as mine, go figure... he and his 19 year old daughter moved in over the weekend and his pick-up truck needed a boost this morning... my little 4 cylinder battery needed some revving up to help his big V8 truck, but we got him started and he was very appreciative... he mentioned his 19 year old daughter (just like that, it's just me and my 19 year old daughter") at least five or six times as we talked... they like to cook together and she did up the kitchen in an italian theme, he said... didn't get into whether he works or is retired or how long he's been in florida or anything else, we talked about the community mostly... the two break-ins in may and communication from the office and the timeliness of the police patrols during that month... the brief flooding at some apartment doors (last night it was almost in the apartment)... but all in all a very quiet community with nice spacious kitchens... good to meet a new friendly neighbor... no dirty old man thoughts about the 19 year old daughter now lol lam :)
